  They are produced trying to accentuate the greatness of the aromas, the true character of the terroir, meaning the combination of land-climate-grape that make the finished wine a unique expression and inimitable of its original area.  
Origins: Friuli Venezia Giulia native
Grape: medium vigorous, late blooming
Wine: yellow straw color very intense, with greenish streaks. The aroma is fruity and floral. The taste is dry with a typical note evoking bitter almonds.
Denomination: DOC Friuli Grave.
Suggested food pairing: can be served as an aperitif, it is a perfect match with fresh cheeses, San Daniele prosciutto, frittatas, and white meats. Serve at 8-10° C.
 
Grape: vigorous, very precocious blooming
Wine: yellow straw color very intense, with golden streaks, fine, elegant, with aromas and tastes evoking apples and acacia flowers.
Denomination: DOC Friuli Grave.
Suggested food pairing: can be served as aperitif wine. It is also wonderful with all lean antipasti, soups, dishes based on eggs and dishes based on fish. Serve at 8-10° C.
 
Grape: slightly vigorous, medium - precocious blooming
Wine: vinified white with a yellow straw color. The bouquet evokes orange blossoms. The taste is full bodied with a notable hint of artemisia.
Denomination: DOC Friuli Grave.
Suggested food pairing: goes well with antipasti, prosciutto, light soups, fish and white meats. Serve at 8-10° C.  
 
Grape: medium vigorous, adaptable to various lands as long as not humid.
Wine: vinified in white with a beautiful yellow straw coloring, with greenish streaks, aromatic, with a nose and taste evoking exotic fruits, peaches and yellow peppers.
Denomination: DOC Friuli Grave.

Suggested food pairing: Great served an aperitif wine. Also pairs well with antipasti and prosciutto, noble fish as lobster, langostine, scampi. Salmon, creamy soups and consommes. Serve at 8-10° C.
