The pure varietel character of the grapes is represented in the wines.
To maintain the high quality, we start with the care of the vineyard. Our production never exceeds over 1.5 kg of grapes per vine. Before being bottled the wines are aged for about a year in 20-25 hectoliters (528-660 gallons) oak caskets.
