Cabernet Sauvignon

Grape: medium vigorous, medium – late blooming.

Wine: intense ruby red tending to purplish, suited for aging in oak, elegant and fruity that with time will evolve acquiring notes of vanilla, licorice and spices.

Denomination: DOC Friuli.

Suggested food pairing: Cold meats, exceptional with roasts, fowl, and hard cheeses.
