Chardonnay

Grape: vigorous, very precocious blooming.

Wine: yellow straw color very intense, with golden streaks, fine, elegant, with aromas and tastes evoking apples and acacia flowers.

Denomination: DOC Friuli.

Suggested food pairing: can be served as aperitif wine. It is also wonderful with all lean antipasti, soups, dishes based on eggs and dishes based on fish.

Served at 8-10° C.
