Pinot Grigio

Grape: slightly vigorous, medium – precocious blooming.

Wine: vinified white with a yellow straw color. The bouquet evokes orange blossoms. The taste is full bodied with a notable hint of artemisia.

Denomination: DOC Friuli.

Suggested food pairing: goes well with antipasti, prosciutto, light soups, fish and white meats.
